Are your desserts made fresh?
Yes! Every item is baked fresh to order to ensure perfect taste, texture, and quality.
Do you take custom cake or dessert orders?
Absolutely, You can share your design, theme, or flavour preferences, and we’ll create a dessert made just for you!
How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend placing your order at least 24–48 hours in advance, especially for custom cakes or bulk desserts.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, same-day delivery is available for selected items and locations (subject to availability). Please contact us to confirm.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD).
Do you deliver outside the city?
Currently, we deliver within the local area, but we’re working to expand our delivery network soon!
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a picture of the product, and we’ll gladly offer a replacement or store credit.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
You can make changes or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. Once preparation begins, cancellations may not be possible.
